Answering God's call thirty-five years ago, Dr. Weaver first pastored People's Baptist in Harrisburg, Virginia for seven years; then Calvary Baptist in Connersville, Indiana for twenty years, and beginning in 1997 through the present, Worth Baptist in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Al Reichman comes from a long line of orthodox rabbis. His paternal grandfather, an orthodox rabbi, immigrated to the United States from Austria. His first exposure to the Gospel was at the age of 8, when a friend invited him to attend a Vacation Bible School. Despite his active attendance in church, it was not until he was a teenager that he finally came to accept Christ as his Savior.

In 1975 he enrolled in Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Upon graduating in 1979 with a BA in Theology, Al was ordained. He and his wife, Michele, embarked on a 17 year pastoral ministry and the continuation of his education. He earned his Master of Theology and Doctor of Theology degrees from Bethany Theological Seminary in Dothan, Alabama.

In 2013 the Lord led Al to launch Ahavath Messiah Ministries (Love of Messiah Ministries), where he continues to labor to bring the Gospel to Jewish people, as well as encouraging and teaching churches to do the same.

Al and Michele Reichman are members of Worth Baptist Church.

Evangelist Eric Goetsch

Eric Paul Goetsch was born in Watertown, a small midwest city in Wisconsin, as the youngest of four. In 1996, Eric’s father (John Goetsch Sr.) moved the family to Los Angeles County. Growing up in an evangelist home, Eric was always in church. It wasn’t really an option. Revival meetings, christian school chapels, youth conferences and more were all just part of the routine. But in 2007, as a hypocritical, self-righteous teenager, Eric attended a youth conference his dad was preaching at and was restlessly pursued by the love of God. That weekend Eric put his trust in Jesus.

He studied at West Coast Baptist College and received a Bachelors of Religious Education in Biblical Studies and Evangelism.Eric married his college sweetheart, Lexa, and they began traveling the country forty-six weeks out of the year presenting WCBC in churches, schools, conferences, and conventions. After three years of traveling and teaching, Eric moved his family to Yuma, AZ where he served as an assistant pastor.

Through the encouragement of his Pastor, and mentors, he started to learn how to ask better questions about the Bible and it led him to discover a new world of pursuing Scripture through its proper cultural context. Suddenly the words and ways of Jesus became a source of revival as they took on deeper meanings for today.

Eric currently lives in Camas, WA where he works alongside his church-planting Pastor, Aaron Sikele. Eric travels with his family (Lexa, Mason, Logan, and Jude) as a Bible teacher and the founder of Onward Ministry.

Dr. Don Woodard has served in the ministry for over thirty years. He has served as a pastor, evangelist and Christian counsellor. For fifteen years he traveled as an evangelist working extensively with teenagers. He has counseled thousands of people on various issues ranging in issues including emotional and sexual abuse. Woodard has served as a consultant to ministries that serve troubled young people and adults with addictions and behavior challenges.
